         <description><![CDATA[<div>At the beginning of the story Holling thought that Mrs. Baker hated him. Holling told his family about Mrs. Baker and his father realized that Mrs. Baker's family was the one who was trying to find an architect. His father then told him to be nice to Mrs Baker so that Baker Sporting Emporium would choose Hoodhood Associates to do the work.  Thought the story Holling learned to like Mrs. Baker. At first Mrs. Baker gave Holling a very long test. She also made Holling read a lot of Shakespeare but that worked out for Holling in the end because he got to be in a play. Holling didn't think he would like the Shakespeare but he ended up liking it a lot. Holling then realized that being with Mrs. Baker might not be so bad.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mrs. Bigios relationship with Mai Thi is not good. Mrs. Bigio is always mean to her because she, in a way, blames her for the death of her husband. Her husband was killed in Vietnam. Also now at school she doesn't give her hot chocolate to Mai Thi but she gives it to the rest of the class. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>They both have moments of niceness and moments of wanting to kill each other.&nbsp; When Holling told his sister about having to wear the tights she said don't tell anyone because people will know that he is her brother. When pictures of him were put all over the school his sister was mad and wanted to help.</div>]]></description>
