Walmart has been accused of unethical business practices such as the unfair treatment of employees. The unfair treatment is predominantly about woman and the refusal to give them opportunities that men are offered. While woman are treated less fairly, both men and woman employees are being refused to talk to union representatives, and usually do not get paid for overtime. They also are bribing employees to tell on co-workers.
