This video definitely motivates others to help strangers and friends to be strong, to build on one another. I love this video (having seen it many times before) because of the many clips of videos from around the world and taking a look at different cultures. I think that most people have empathy towards the victims of natural disasters, but many of us fall short of actually stepping up and doing something. We're really lucky to go to a school that promotes volunteering and donating to the less fortunate. With hurricanes and other natural disasters battering the world, it really does seem hopeless. It really does seem like there's nothing just one person can do to help.
