         <title>P3                                   Rights and responsibilities of employers.Employers in all organisations have the right to dismiss the employees following the correct procedures as well as to except reasonable performance from the workers in the work place. The list of what they can do is shorter then what they cannot do, the employers do not have the right to discriminate against exciting or potential employees, allow sexual harassment, victimisation or vilification to occur in a work place.It is the employers responsibility to look out for discriminating against, sexually harassed or subjected to vilification by their work colleagues, customers or managers and if any of this does occur at a work place they can be legally liable. </title>

         <title>P3                                     Right and responsibilities of employees.It is the employees responsibility to read all health and safety information in his or hers workplace it is also their responsibility to apply to the health and safety rules as well as to wear and use all the safety equipment required while using equipment at the work place. The right of employees are that the get the national minimum wage, minimum level of paid holiday, minimum length of rest breaks, not to work more than 48h a week (on average), protection against discrimination as well as not to be treated differently  when they work part-time</title>
