You can get to Miami through plane or drive there if you can afford all the gas that would take, you'd only drive to it if you lived in one of the other states or cities within Florida. Inside Miami your only option is to drive since it's so big and urbanized, but there's also public transport which helps since parking is hell.
 - What activity can you do in those places? 
You can go to Shark Valley to watch the alligators on the bogs.
You can visit Dolphin Mall and do shopping there.
You can enjoy the Downtown and all of the attractions there, there's always lots of people.
 -  How is the food?
It's very varied, there are a lot of mixing of cultures in Miami so the food is comes from different places, like Mexico, Cuba and even Nicaragua. Overall it's very tasty.
 - How is the weather in those places?
It has extreme heat, or extreme cold depending on the season
 - How is the hygiene in those places?
It's very clean compared to most places, but the more rundown ones of course have a lot of litter and trash on the streets.

You can get to Santa Maria del Mar or Aposentillo, by taking a 40 minute drive straight from Chinandega, passing through El Viejo.

You can take long walks across the shore and enjoy the scenery.
You can take a dip in the ocean and ride the waves, be it with your own body or actually surfing.
You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon drinking with your friends, watching the sun set.

It's very pleasant, the heat of Chinandega doesn't get to you as much because of the sea's chilly breeze.

You can get to San Juan del Sur by driving there, though it's by far one of the longest trips you can make inside Nicaragua depending on where you live

You can go see the "Cristo Redentor" on top of the hill, it's very beautiful and is probably the highest place in San Juan del Sur
You can go around visiting the local businesses and buy trinkets to remember your travels.
You can take a swim in the shores, but not too late since the water gets the coldest at nighttime.

There's a lot of seafood and I can say it's very tasty, having eaten there myself, the locally sourced fish and mollusks make for great Paellas and other seafood dishes.
 - How is the weather in those places?
It's very pleasant, never being too hot unless it's the absolute peak of the day at maybe like 12am or 1pm, otherwise most of the houses and places there are high up, so the wind cools them down to a very enjoyable temperature not to mention the wind currents from the sea.
 - How is the hygiene in those places?
It's alright, it's not a total mess, but there's definitely litter here and there, but it's not very dense in population so it's not that bad, compared to the dirtiest places in Nicaragua.
