How to deal with the under engaged youths and overly engaging youths within the same youth. Like you want to give everyone equal opportunity to share but in this case some kids were over talking over the kids who were too shy to speak out. And your immediate action would be to try contain the individual who were overly engage, overly active, overly speaking over.
