What i will do differently: To have more Agile approach if necessary still with priority to inspire and empower Leadership team and doing the right thing , our goal to have more than 35RPs for Spektra by Dec 2024 and more than 50RPs latest by Jan 2025.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Jonathan: Visitors not enough. Growing in past 6 months, visitors counts only contribute by certain members. new member still in comfort zone, no invitation. </p><p>-&gt; try to encourage LT to do more invitation. President got most visitors count. </p><p>-&gt; Influence LT to invite </p><p><br></p><p>Tara: Jonathan's chapter also same problem. </p><p>-&gt; try to work on powerteam. </p><p>-&gt; try to get more bounding</p><p>-&gt; go back to basic, changing way is still back to basic. as not many quality 121, especially in powerteam, need them to do more quality 121. </p><p>-&gt; RP not busy body enough, need to go for more training, and ask the right question. </p><p><br></p><p>Roselin: Solusi &amp; Wisdom -&gt; same pain point, which is visitor. Same person keep inviting. </p><p>-&gt; Still finding ways to overcome it. </p><p><br></p><p>Marcus: Same problem, visitors. </p><p>-&gt; go back 1 more step, why they are not inviting. </p><p>-&gt; increase sense of belonging -&gt; after meeting (physical) set a brunch to makan together. to get them closer, then more people to invite. </p><p>-&gt; Event team to work with CGC. </p><p><br></p><p>Eman: Treat the chapter as their own company/team/chapters, no guideline, just yamcha yamcha place, just reunion. </p><p>-&gt; Dont treat it like ur <em>own company</em>, have to follow the guideline</p><p>-&gt; Doing a lot coffee session, the conversion is still low. </p><p><br></p><p>Ivan: Low visitor. </p><p>-&gt; Coffee session every thursday. More member join for 121 before the coffee session, then member become closer. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Processes in the LT Team</p><p>Weak conversion of visitors - improve the processes from the moment visitors joins the meeting, to filling up form, closely following up.</p><p>Not doing renewal interview for Green members, need to enforce it.</p><p>Processes is essential to get good conversion rate for visitors and good retention rate for the chapter</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Shahrul - </p><p>To organize BOD. Encourage new RP to bring in more visitors. Encourage srRPs to tag along for training, lead by example. Encourage new RPs to go further.</p><p><br/></p><p>Ken - </p><p>Get new RPs to work on the system, so the system works for them.</p><p><br/></p><p>Yat Seng - </p><p>A lot of new RPs coming in. Needs guidance and training. To share the value of training.</p><p><br/></p><p>Vincent - </p><p>Conversion rate low. To bump up the VH team effectiveness and speediness to follow up. Keep the visitor's fire burning. Get RPs to invite quality visitors to push up the conversion factor.</p><p><br/></p><p>Hooi Seng - </p><p>Inviting visitors is always a challenge. To encourage the RPs that visitor is customers. We always lookout for new customers. To highlight how business pipeline is same as chapter growth. Have a smaller but more quality CS. Training to level up RPs knowledge and to network. Get to know new RPs in training. Follow up with 121.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Who is in the Room</p><p>WJ, Paul, Farouk, Syameem, Voon Fei</p><p><br/></p><p>Current Challenge</p><ul><li><p>LT Team lack of execution</p></li><li><p>Invitation is low (lack of participation from the chapter)</p></li><li><p>Applicants slow in making payment (CS, post CS, post Meeting)</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What I will do differently</p><ul><li><p>Town hall meeting with LT, ideally with all RPs as well. <em><mark>(Need to have someone is good to handle objection).</mark></em></p></li><li><p>Focus on the importance of visitors to the chapter growth and RPs' growth.</p></li><li><p>Set deadline in following up with approved applicants to avoid over-burdening the LT Team.</p></li><li><p>Emphasize on the financial commitment during CS / VH Orientation.</p></li><li><p>Invite higher quality visitor</p></li></ul>]]></description>
