         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Students from the fifth grade discovered geometric figures in real life: architecture, painting, nature. They calculated measures of angles, perimeters and areas. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Sixth graders discovered properties of geometric figures, important lines in the triangle, congruent triangles, ratios and proportions in Fibonacci spirals (the one based on the Golden Rectangle - built of squares with sides of 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, ... and the one based on the Golden Triangle), in paintings or in architecture, nature. Symmetry has been an intensely debated topic, experienced under the theme "Symmetry in real life". Students applied their knowledge in creating drawings, animations in GeoGebra or created worksheets on this generous theme.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>&nbsp;Students in grades 7-11 practiced trigonometry applied in the activity "Trigonometry in real life". They worked together in the GeoGebra classroom to solve a test with trigonometra applied problems. They created and solved problems on the topic Applications of trigonometry in physics, geography, engineering, architecture, ... in which they used the properties of trigonometric functions, Sine theorem, Cosine theorem.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>All students (grades 5-11) created and solved problems, in international teams, according to their level of knowledge, in the activities "Golden Ratio calculation" and "Geometry through calculations". Students also created worksheets in which they proposed problems on the topic "Geometry in my country".&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>High school students used analytic geometry to find equations of lines, modeled silhouettes of buildings with graphs of learned functions (functions: linear, quadratic, exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric).&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Students of grades 10-11 studied graph symmetry properties for bijective functions and their inverses; They also studied the relationship between the parity of a function and axial, central symmetry.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p></li></ul>]]></description>
