In their land region they were surrounded by the great lakes ,( lake huron, lake ontario, lake michigan, lake erie, and lake superior) the language that they spoke was algonquian) 

                          Now from the research i've done, they didn't have a specific religion like christianity they believed that spirits controlled everything!  They also had scrolls that had " spiritual witchcraft" like things just so they could talk to the spirits. they believed in everything and they prayed to the spirits everyday!
