The Healing Justice Coordinator 2 (HJC) will support the Healing Justice Network Director in all aspects of growing Healing Justice work across the state of California and beyond. The HJC will be responsible for sustaining the Healers Network; helping to expand Healing Justice programing; and will sustain the rapid response work using Healing Justice strategies. This person will also collaborate with the policy coordinator, manager for alternatives to policing and volunteer coordinator to support APTP’s mission to rapidly respond to, interrupt, and ultimately eradicate all forms of state violence in communities of color by rapidly responding to state violence, supporting impacted families, advocating for progressive policy shifts and developing alternative models to the carceral state paradigm.

The $80,000 Michel David-Weill Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and living expenses during a two-year master’s program at Sciences Po in Paris, France. The Michel David-Weill Foundation created this scholarship to encourage exceptional American students to pursue their graduate education at Sciences Po, an international research university that specializes in the social sciences and offers multidisciplinary programs taught in English and French. The scholarship is awarded each year to one American student who exemplifies the core values embodied by Michel David-Weill: academic excellence, leadership, multiculturalism, tolerance, and high achievement.
