Students are motivated by concrete things like wanting credit for a class, or wanting a good grade on a test. What challenges to you face when you are working with students during literacy?
The challenges I encounter during literacy is comprehension and students that are reading below their grade level.
The things that seem to be motivating students are rewards and communicating with parents about their improvement.
