It depends on situation. If the person need a help as put in a good word for him, because he/she has a problem with health or in the family, of course I'll understand this person and help him/her. And next I'll recommend this human and say positive about him/her. But if a person have a party and doesn't want to do anything, I'll put in a good word about him/her.
