With the restrictions similar to alcohol- none on the job, non while pregnant, also there should be an age limit seeing as how there has been correlation between learning problems and marijuana. 

Evidence: In studies medical marijuana has helped people with pain, and other diseases such as HIV/AIDS, seizures, mental disorders, etc.. While it has not been formally recognized by the FDA, they are conducting test as we speak. However, pregnant women should not use as it has been proven to effect children long tern in very negative ways.

Question: If you fully legalize it what will be the law surrounding working while on it? How will you test for it seeing as it can stay in your system for long amounts of time even though the effects have past.
