         <description><![CDATA[<div>I say there is a possibility to have a balance when it comes to work and personal life. I've been lucky to have jobs that understand the importance of 'unplugging' once we clock out. It is important to understand that balance between work and personal life can only be successful when realistic expectations are set. Setting boundaries at work (availability-wise) is something I find helpful when striving for a balance with my personal life. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
