Although Frankenstein's modernized version is too renovated to be historically accurate to the original, it is still a great illustration of the ideas of romanticism. Written by Mary Shelley, "Frankenstein" elaborates of the unpredictability of nature and the critique of using science and technology against it. It also expounds on the theme of emotion through the experiences of both Dr. Frankenstein and the creature itself.
