We gained new digital skills, worked as a team and explored different ways of learning and showing our work. The theme “Domestic Violence” made us reflect on the seriousness of domestic violence and the importance of raising awareness in society about this problem. Working on this theme helped us to better understand its consequences and the importance of promoting respect, empathy and reporting.

They understood it as a serious matter and shared some stories about domestic violence!

One of the stories was about one of the boys who knew a girl who was attacked and controlled by her boyfriend. She was afraid to talk about it to anyone, but after much suffering, she asked for help and managed to separate. Another story was about one of the students who knew a classmate who was being abused by his parents. They were both very violent and for anything “bad” he did, he was attacked for it.
