First of all it should be beyond giving laptops / tools. What we have to look at, is the sustainability of marginalised groups to have access to tools to help them in the learning and also what is needed by schools, students, according to their capacity and need. Hence need base assessment is needed. Teachers should be equipped with materials, skills, knowledge and passion.
