The 3 planes of the body are very easy for me now and i feel like i have mastered them. Not only from the notes we took in class but the retching flipgrid we had to do on this unit. I also had to do a project about it in my anatomy class which was extra. help.

This is a pretty easy subject for me as i had to remember all of it for anatomy on my test. Also the notes we did in class because it took us more than one day to cover it. Also the formative quiz we do helps as I have to remember all of it again.

First Aid Skills (Unit 2)

Doing 1st aid skill like taping and bracing is easy for me because we practiced it for so long in class and also made videos about them. I also think I'm pretty good a taping because it was interesting to me which maid me want to learn it more.

This topic is easy because I know I'll need to call 911 and start CPR on someone that passed out or anything happened to them. I also know I need to tell someone to bring the AED and call 911 if anyone is near. We practiced this enough for me to have everything memorized.

Universal precaution are a topic I have mastered because while doing CPR and everything else we were taught how to put on gloves and take them off In case any infection and also put a barer on the persons mouth In case of infections.

anatomy for the shoulder (Unit 3)

The shoulder notes we've done have actually helped me because we did multiple. I feel like I know most of the parts and the Add,Abd, felxtion and extension I started to understand better after we started the shoulder anatomy.

This project helped me with all the movements. Not only was i doing the movements but my partners too. It helped me because i also talked to everyone in class and we helped eachother. I feel like i learn better when we do moire hands on things because it sticks to my memory

The ankle stickers helped me understand because we were practicing on eachother. this helped me understand the parts of the ankle more. it was also pretty easy which helped me memorize it better.
