First of all, the punishment should fit the crime, which means that if you steal foods from a supermarket, you can't go to jail for that, but if you kill someone, you have to, you may even get the death penalty. I think that, fort minor offenses, people should just pay a fine while, for bigger offenses, people should go to jail and be convicted.

However, I think that it should not be a jail sentence, but a reformation for criminals, just an isolation as in Europe. The peruvian government must modify that and not be part of the violence .

Deffinitly not, I my view the crime must be reviewed case by case, for example if the crime affect to a child or helpless people the death penalty must be the punishment, in other case if some one punish a crime this activity must be considered as revenge and it not must be punishment.
I think our country need strong rules.

For example, if one a person kill another person with a gun in some robbery, this person should go to jail. I mean,  crimes such as rape of children o woman the punished must be severe. This kind of person shouldn't exist. So I agree with the death penalty.
