         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that this is not true because decimals can be more precise. for example we could have 1/4 and that would be 0.25 but what if you wanted to show 10.37? you would not be able to show that with fractions. But with decimal, you could. This shows that decimals wouldn't be so precise, at least not in all scenarios. you could show 1/2 as 0.50 but there are decimals that you couldn't show with fraction's. This two examples show that decimals are more precise.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that that decimals and fractions are the same because for fractions you can make what ever you like like 15 pieces, oh what but decimals can go into points and fractions can't do that because there is no 1.2 piece. but maybe it is possible to have a fractions that can go into points. My final thought is that it is just the same. Decimals and fractions. for another reason they would help you learn your percentage  </div>]]></description>

Firstly,  decimals have more rules on what you can do with the number.  Secondly, the fractions tell you straight away if it is a half or a quarter or a sixth etc. Thirdly, fractions are much easier to understand because they tell you how much there were in the beginning and how many disappeared. And lastly it can be always be used in real life. </div>]]></description>
