This camp was built because: 
- After the 181 resolution aproximately 700,000 palestinians were expeled or they had to escape from their, homes and they din't had any other place to life in.  
- Some people from small villages were escaping from the ethnic cleansing from the Judes.

Now a days the poblation of the camp is of 260.000 refugees.
The camp was made to help the families that were escaping from the civil wars, because some people from Somalia can't go bac to their country, and because in another countries they run the danger of being raped.

Actually there are living in there   3,6 million refugees. 
Moria was created because in 2015 a million of people migrated to Europe and they needed a house,  and because they came people escpaing from the conflics of Africa and from Middle East too and also because so much  families had to leave Turkey because they had some problems in there.
