Would suggest expanding network for dental care. Young members with developmental disabilities typically require dental sedation. For those with other health coverage as primary and with full scope Medi-Cal as secondary, it is almost impossible to coordinate benefits. Resource kits (hard copies and electronic) for Licensed Program Analysts in multiple languages to distribute to providers for parent resources, but also provider resources. Parents generally trust their providers. 

Supporting the idea of the "family support and services assistant" (FSSA) position that Early Head Start has for their programs as a model for state funded programs. It would be great to tie these families and children to school site services and eligibilities. For our families experiencing homelessness there is a push to further connect and collaborate with Early Education, Regional Centers, etc. as required in the law. Our school sites already have language, cultural and community ties, inherit trust as well, but lack of medical knowledge/supports.
