1) To celebrate different cultures, we can incorporate food projects to learn about different cultures' foods, flavors, and even religions.

2) Creating an organized, open-floor plan in the classroom gives the students a sense of ease and sitting students next to others that they do not normally socialize with will create great interpersonal skills for their future.

3) Creating and implementing learning boundaries between teachers and school officials help give teachers a guideline when practicing interdisciplinary teaching (Zheng, Jiang, et al., 2024).

4) Communicating between communities and diverse groups despite differences in views or beliefs is imperative for the integration process, which benefits students, teachers, school officials, and the interpersonal relationships they have (Zheng, Jiang, et al., 2024).

1) To involve family members, we can incorporate a family lineage project and have students bring a family member or two to talk about where their family originated from.

2) Within the community, there could be workshops for parents to incorporate the same methods and techniques that the teacher uses to foster consistency between school and home.

3) There could be monthly meetings with parents to discuss cultural projects, but also to create strategies to help the student progress academically and socially.

4) Communities can come together with the school faculty and create a culture festival that the students put on to embrace all the different cultures of the world.
