It's not cool. And it sucks. If people are being mean to others, they need to stop. It's not fun getting picked on. No one likes getting hurt or being made fun of. People should love each other, not hate.
Everyone that is being picked on, speak up. No one wants to wake up one day and have a desire to kill themselves, because people are being jerks. It has to stop, and only you can stop it. So stand up and fight for what's right. Stand up for the people that stand up. Everyone has feelings, not just you.
So think about your feelings, and then think about the person your hurting. Not everyone has the some feelings. So think about what your doing, and do it again. It's not far to others. So do what is right and be kind to everyone. Well, if you can't be nice to everyone, just leave them alone. 
But still give them a smile, and a friendly greeting. One day that person will be kind to you.
