Most of my breakout rooms were great in terms of participation. I still think that each of us need to be aware of potentially over-talking when breakouts have limited time.

I REALLY appreciate the effort put in for all of these trainings, however, I think it has been too much/too long each time for me. Full days is really a lot for me to balance, not only for processing, but especially with all the other things happening with the job.

I am grateful for this time to review the PCG. I feel much more comfortable using parts of the tool without the worries of not completing each component. I am excited to begin using it with my ECT's very soon while things are still fresh in my mind.

I wish we would have heard from all of our mentor group. Maybe some are still warming up - - - but we miss out when some are not present

I found not having every mentor attending today's training, and others leaving the session early, concerning. It does not inspire confidence that we are all getting what's needed to be effective mentors.

The incredible amount of preparation to plan this day for us is so appreciated! I remember my introduction to the PCG from L&L in my first year and confess it was a blur. Today, I felt affirmed by the attempts I've made and excited and motivated to dig deeper with this tool especially with the 2nd year teachers. Thank you!

Equity

Issues of equity can be hard for me to address especially with strangers. I'm working on the language with the help of this group and the training.

Caseload on my mind made it hard to be fully engaged. The last 2 weeks have been stressful. I cna usually go with the flow, but this job is a lot. I am truthfully feeling like I wasnt and am not fully informed about the demands of this job

Along with the handbook, I think a printed out version of that along with each tool so that people can see what it looks like when looking for it, and make a hard copy of it as a last resort if can't find it on Google Drive.
