Soil erodes from storms, carrying the trash, fertilizer, and other stuff with it and into the ocean. Over 100 oceanic birds and 100,000 sea animals are killed every year by pollution. Oil leaks from ships and factories cause major damage to those who live around and the animals who fly/swim around. The oil sticks to the animals and the fish and other aquatics can swallow it an die.
