I'm wondering if starting with cellphone photos - something like "what is something that lifts you up on hard day?" or "what image represents your covid experience?" might be a better, simpler starting point than what we're using which is "share your voice"

I wrote a comment which I thought was the way to do this. Anyway, Pat Wild here. My suggestion is to try Haikus. Three lines, 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables. Quick and easy. You could suggest a theme, or provide one of the lines, and see what people come up with. One of mine: 
Invisible hands
Spirit wings sheltering me
