- Need to involve other groups: man, young boy, disable, transgender, and other maginilized groups etc. on the Gender element.
- Changing the perception of community and project on Gender Equality.
- Indicators on Gender should be added in the Result Framework. Not only # of ppl but also look at the disaggregated data.
- Need to highlight this Gender issues in the TOC and M&E/Indicators framework. And Budget should be allocated.
- Building more capacity on Gender to WWF staff and CSOs.
- Gender equality and equity are often not understood clearly. Gender should focus not only the the physically participants of women (to be the same number as the man) but other dimension: Skills, agency, benefit sharing, freedom of choices.

· Assume CSOs have capacity (not skill or governance but technically). Many CSOs works voluntarily. Need to consider CSOs admin/core staff cost

· Donor/beneficiary situation: CSOs consider us (WWF, NGOs) as donor but not as working partner

· Developing long term contract with CSOs partners (to secure CSOs intervention)

· Support CSO to develop strategic plan and Pick intervention linked with the CSOs strategic plan

· Co-design programme with CSOs partners and agree priorities on the next LtC phase

· Focus intervention and select relevant CSOs (based on criteria developed jointly with CSOs

· Improve the efficiency of grant management and modus operandi (have dedicated team for grant and provide space for technical team to
