T.h.i.n.k. prompt<br>2. is it helpful? it it respectful? and it is fair?</em><br>3/4 focus - BEING PREPARED FOR CLASS<br>5/6 focus - STEP UP!<br>7/8 focus - CITIZENS OF SORELL<br>9/10 focus - CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE<br>- Middle school leaders to become part of this process&nbsp;<br>- Need a matrix of what receives a reward and what level (2 a day??)<br>- Middle school leaders to organise - reward afternoons<br>- Part of pack up routine, last five minutes publicly recognise behaviour and award certificates<br>- Confirm points on the bus with the other grade groups<br>- Odd weeks combined homegroups - set up for the fortnight focus<br>- Even grade homegroup (6's Amanda, 7's PAC, and 8's Megan) - CERTIFICATES to be handed out here and reinforcing&nbsp; focus<br>- Positive vibe for assemblies&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Team agreed to be stricter on confiscating and clarified procedures. <br>-Discussed ways to ensure consistently well performing students are adequately rewarded.  These students are being missed out as the focus is more on those that are improving.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>The general standard of care and attention to work and belongings is quite low.</div><div><br>We aim to have our students complete work to a high standard and take pride in their work.</div><div>´We will:</div><div>´develop some protocols around presentation that will be enforced consistently (e.g. margins in workbooks, neat handwriting)</div><div>´explicitly teach our students to organise and respect their belongings/ learning materials </div><div>´not accept work from students that is below-standard (e.g. scribbled on, torn, un-named).</div><div>´reward students who improve their presentation and demonstrate pride in their work</div><div>´display student work only when it is of a high standard</div><div>´Model high standards ourselves by presenting students with good quality learning materials and detailed feedabck.</div>]]></description>
