- Products that are produced are able to be produced by one large company and standardised making it easier for consumers to use the products as they are well known to the public and have almost the same ways of using them.
- There will be alot  of more opportunities for jobs as once a larger company has a bigger reach, there will be more jobs that are needed to be fill in as they have more areas to cover. 

Disadvantages 
- When large companies take over, monopoly would exist making it harder for small companies to penetrate the open market.
- There will be less opportunities for entrepreneurs to start a business and there will be less competition which will result in less creative products being produced as they become more repetitive.
