If a member of a group is much more superior than you and boasts about it, then him or her will most likely be isolated. Any flaw that a person has is prone to isolate him or her from the group. However, if you respect other people and forgive people, then you are probably going to be accepted into the group. There are exceptions though, when you are too kind or too good, people tend to attack you because they would think you are gullible.

Teenagers nowadays have number of similarities to the characters in the book. Teenagers tend to hang out with different groups of friends or as it is called in the book “gangs”. Another pretty common similarity is when teenenagers get into too much trouble with the law which puts their life at risk of getting shot or killed.
