SuperStrong is a quick 10 minutes (or less) assessment that helps students to identify their strengths. The results of the SuperStrong assessment are then directed to an academic and career opportunity page. Each job describes what is needed as well as other jobs similar to/or in the same field. By providing an easy to use resource students do not need to try and navigate a job that is best for them, but rather using the SuperStrong assessment to focus on their strengths.

The SuperStrong is a research based assessment that determines what RIASEC codes best match a person. It is based on the research of Dr. John Hollands and his theory of different personality types. From this data, people can be categorized into groups based on themes, which then transfer directly to suggested workplace environments. The SuperStrong is a tool that helps those with low retention or often marginalized groups find careers aligned with their personality types.

The SuperStrong Assessment was developed to help students identify their interests and understand how these can support academic and career success. It was created in connection with the Strong Interest Inventory which is a career platform that has guided many people to rich and fulfilling careers. It uses the themes from the Holland Code: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional to help students identify what careers and job settings best align with their innate personality traits. The basic idea is that giving a student a better understanding of themself, will help them to find a career that is well suited to and ultimately lead to success.

The Super Strong is an assessment of an individual’s interests based on the Hollond’s Stong Iventory assessment linking interests to job and career activities. The Super Strong takes the already established idea of how interests predict successful college performance and transforms that idea into interests predict successful career performance. Each person’s interests will be categorized into 1-3 RIASEC categories. These RIASEC categories will then be matched up with careers that give opportunities to be engaged in those interests.
