Tteokbokki is famous Korean food. The ingredients for tteokbokki are rice cake, water, fish cake, and vegetables (green onion, cabbage, etc.). The sauce ingredients are sugar, soy sauce, red pepper paste, and red pepper powder. In my opinion, the integral ingredients of tteokbokki are rice cakes, red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Because of the traits of red pepper paste made from red pepper, it may feel spicy. Gochujang is not compulsory for those who can't eat spicy. As an alternative to gochujang, you can use soy sauce to make royal tteokbokki. It is more conventional tteokbokki when made with soy sauce. Gungjung Tteokbokki can be made with beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. These days, there are many types of fusion tteokbokki that are modified from conventional tteokbokki.
I like tteokbokki, which is made with minimal vegetables. However, this results in a deficiency of nutrients. Adding a lot of different vegetables is probably a little better for nutritional value. People who usually have difficulty in digestion may have difficulty digesting rice cakes among ingredients. It is also recommended to make and eat sausages, boiled eggs, fried dumplings, and mozzarella cheese instead of with rice cakes. These days, they sell tteokbokki sauce that is made for easy cooking. If you are allergic to certain food, read the ingredient list carefully before choosing the sauce.

Kimchi is a conventional Korean food. Kimchi is the most representative thing that comes to mind when you think of Korea. There are more than 200 types of kimchi depending on the region and the types and characteristics of kimchi ingredients and the method of making them. The most well-known among them is cabbage kimchi. Kimchi is an integral food for Koreans. Kimchi is a nationwide dish which is not confined to a certain area, and there is no region without kimchi. Also, these days, you can find kimchi wherever you go. Kimchi was selected as one of the world's top five health foods by Health, an American health magazine. The well-being food kimchi was chosen because it is rich in vitamins and minerals, aids digestion and is beneficial for cancer prevention. It tastes good, but it is also nutritional. Kimchi is a fermented food made by pickling vegetables in salt or vinegar. There are similar pickled foods in other countries, but the difference from kimchi is that kimchi is fermented twice. No alternative can replace that method. Also, if you are allergic to kimchi, you can modify the ingredients because there are various types. I often buy kimchi at Korean markets in the US. Notwithstanding, I miss the kimchi I ate in Korea a lot. If you come to Korea, we recommend you try it.

One of my favorite dishes from Japan is Ramen, which has undergone a revolution for a decade. This is because there are millions of ramen restaurants in Japan, so mouth watering taste is compulsory to survive among the restaurant. You can choose a great variety of soup such as chicken, fish, or pork base. You can instantly spruce up your ramen with toppings of an extra ingredient or two. Popular ramen toppings are cut fatty pieces of pork, seaweed, flavored egg, and green onion: it goes without saying that these are integral. It's hard to determine which to pick. If you are allergic to some ingredients, you can certainly pick alternative options. Notwithstanding the high calorie and poor digestion, Japanese people tend to eat it after the party as a night snack. Now that people in the U.S. can taste it at restaurants as conventional food. I would love to introduce you to one of my favorite Japanese authentic ramen restaurants in San Diego. It is Gonzo Ramen located in Carlsbad. It’s not nationwide in the U.S; I believe that it is a local restaurant. The owner is a Japanese woman who is friendly, and I can guarantee the taste! This is definitely my go-to restaurant. By the way, the photo is the one that I ate in Gonzo restaurant :D

Mapo Tofu is spicy tofu. The name of the dish roughly translates to “pockmarked grandma’s tofu.” It’s a popular dish nationwide in China, originating from Sichuan province. Tofu is a product of soybeans. It is nutritional and easy to digest. The main ingredients of Mapo Tofu are silken tofu, Sichuan peppercorns, black bean sauce, and garlic. You can modify the recipe by adding minced pork and oyster oil. But the integral part of Mapo Tofu is Sichuan peppercorns, which can numb your lips and tongue. Alternatively, you can use other pepper corns, but it will diminish the Ma(numbing). Therefore, to make an authentic Mapo Tofu, Sichuan peppercorns are almost compulsory. It is so delicious, and once you taste it, you will almost immediately become addicted to it. These days, Mapo Tofu is not confined to restaurants anymore. The technical revolution of food packaging has made it feasible to get frozen Mapo Tofu in stores or get delivered to your door.

If you belong to a mexican family is almost compulsory that you learn how to cook beans. They are an excellent source of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. So if you're deficient in certain vitamins and protein they are good for you. Pinto beans are also rich in various antioxidants and diminish your risk of chronic disease and digestive illness. If you don't like pinto beans other alternatives are, kidney beans, black beans, navy beans and soybeans. Because they are a great source of fiber, it helps keep you regular, notwithstanding they can be gassy. In addition pinto beans are budget-friendly and it's apopular dish nationwide in Mexico, because they make an easy and conventional addition to your diet. Here is my favorite frugal meal that I can eat EVERYDAY for 365 days a year! This is a Chinese conventional easy breakfast meal called ‘Congee.” It is even easier to make if you use a pressure cooker. It contains only chicken, ginger, rice and water. In addition, you can modify it to different meats if you wish. I think ginger is an integral ingredient for this Congee. The best thing about Congee is you only use a very small amount of Jasmine rice but make a big quantity of food. Moreover, this recipe makes the best use of these rice traits; Jasmine rice isn’t sticky like short grain rice, so it becomes very creamy and smooth and it helps easy digestion as well. I think Congee is one of the best meals for a feasible diet.

Food is something that can make me feel happier and think more optimistically. The flavors that I can taste through food are countless, and I find it wonderful to taste so many of them. As a Vietnamese, Pho is my favorite food, and it is an integral part of my life. The way Vietnamese people cook this dish is very sophisticated because it contains many different ingredients. Conventional cooks would have to cook and wash rather large beef bones and then stew them over and over again for many hours. After the soup is finished, people will pour the boiling soup directly into the bowl of pho consisting of meatball, boiled beef, and thinly sliced raw beef. Stewed beef bones for a long time have created a lot of nutritional value, making pho have a trait that is different from other Vietnamese dishes. Vietnamese enjoy this dish with many different types of coriander such as basil, cilantro, scallions, coriander, etc. People who are allergic or cannot eat these vegetables can modify them with lettuce. In addition to beef pho, chicken noodle soup is also an alternative dish if you don't like beef. Pho is a nationwide popular dish among Vietnamese people. Notwithstanding it's cold or hot weather, pho is always the first choice of all Vietnamese for breakfast.

My favorite dish is spaghetti and meatballs. The ingredients are tomato sauce, pasta, parmesan cheese, ground beef, anions, parsley, salt, and other ingredients. All depends if you like Italian food because this dish is mainly an Italian dish. But you can modify it by using an integral pasta if you want something more healthy. However if you are allergic to any of those ingredients you can live it off. Also if you determine you can't try vegetarian without meat, I am optimistic that it would be as good as with meat. You could possibly have digestion problems, but if you chose to eat out there is a big chance that not every restaurant follows food procedures when dealing with food and sometimes the meat or vegetables are infected with any type of bacteria so you have to be careful whether you choose to eat out or to make it at home.

Squash blossom quesadilla is one of my favorite dishes. This is a nationwide dish I am from Oaxaca and we harvest each of the ingredients that are found in this meal, the ingredients are corn, pumpkin flower, cheese, salt, hierbasanta, and it has other ingredients that may be optional such as pepper, if you are allergic you can avoid it. In my town we harvest each of the products and we do not use chemicals that modify the plant in order to obtain top quality products and we prevent them from being contaminated. You have the alternative of choosing what you like to put on the quesadilla as spicy or beans among others. The procedure is that in the corn tortilla you put the cheese, put the pumpkin flower and the other ingredients that you like, it is a very natural and healthy food which is very nutritional, the food must be prepared properly to avoid infection. It is not a heavy meal so the body has good digestion. the pumpkin flower does not have any vitamin deficiency. We do not change the plant's traits. An interesting fact is that the pumpkin flower helps to diminish cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases.
