I am writing this complaint about a certain brand of Cereal, Nestlic, which branded itself as being capable of causing weight loss for its consumers. Despite it, it never gave the advertised result. 

This fact is where our main complaint comes from. The product has labeled itself characteristics that were not accomplished at the moment of the acquisition. Despite having consumed the cereal for more than 1 month, the promised effects were non-existent. In fact, the effects on my weight were not different at all from what someone would expect from a standard commercial cereal. 

I tried to speak to you after our discussion with the Nestlic administration, but we have not received a reply for the past 48 hours, nor any other from of response from said administration. 

I feel that the benefit that Nestlic promotes is misleading. I expect to receive financial compensation for not showing the objective results, otherwise I will take the matter further by starting a trial for actions against advertising standards.

I kindly request that the Federal Trade Commission investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Nestlic to prevent other consumers from being misled. I have attached copies of my purchase receiptS, the product packaging, and screenshots of the misleading advertisements for your reference.

We are writing to formally file a complaint regarding a product We recently purchased, which was advertised with misleading claims. The product, called THE THINNEST, was marketed with the assertion that it would result in weight loss without the need for dieting. However, after using the product as instructed, We did not experience the promised results.

The advertising clearly suggested effortless weight loss, which I found to be inaccurate and misleading. I believe this constitutes false advertising and potentially violates consumer protection laws.

We request that the FTC investigate this product’s claims and take appropriate action to prevent further deceptive marketing.

I am writing to complain about a green tea package I bought from ‘The Magic Tea’ store in Kansas City five months ago. As my wedding is near, I wanted to look thinner and this product stated that I would start to lose weight in a month if I DRANK a tea everyday. However, I am not only dissatisfied with the product because I weigh the same as before, but it caused me many more problems.

On the health side, the tea packaging never mentioned that prolonged consumption could have contraindications. It all started when I had been consuming this tea daily for a month and I began to notice that my vision had been reduced and I was beginning to see blurry. Even the ophthalmologist told me that I must start wearing glasses! 

If this were not enough, I have complaints about the product itself. The advertising said that if you consumed it frequently you would notice changes from the first month. That never happened, I drank this tea every day for 5 months, I weighed myself every month to see my progress and I didn’t lose a single kilo. 

I tried to speak to your store in the last few days, but it was impossible.

For all that I mentioned, I consider that your product and advertising are deceptive. I expect to receive financial compensation for this situation. With that money, I will be able to pay for the glasses I should start to wear. Otherwise, I will take the matter further by making a formal claim to the Federal Trade Commission.

Dear sir/Madam 

I am writing to complain about a product I purchased from your company on the 19th of January. The product, “LooseBar”, was advertised as a weight loss solution that required no dieting. However, after using it as instructed for 2 weeks and a half, I saw no results. I am highly dissatisfied and feel misled by your advertisement.

On the financial side, my first complaint is that the product was expensive and promoted as a guaranteed solution. Additionally, the advertisement claimed that results would be visible within 2 weeks and a half, which was not the case. I followed all the instructions carefully, yet the product had no effect.

Although I have already made a complaint on their website where I bought the product and sent multiple messages to their social media account, I haven’t received any answers from them. Besides that, I’ve been calling the contact information that appears in the package of the product for at least daily but no one has answered. They didn’t demonstrate they have good customer service or support at all.
