         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>I was not fully successful in accomplishing my goal but I did make a lot of progress. Eliminating juice and soda beverages completely was challenging but most days I was capable. During the weekends I drank juice sometimes but only a glass here and there. I learned a lot about how much water can benefit you in many ways during the Wellness Project. Water can make you feel good and hydrated and lessen headaches. Also I learned about self control and more about calorie intake from sugary drinks. You have to maintain lots of self control during the Wellness Project to completely succeed.  Juices and Sodas can have up to 900 calories that can easily be avoided when you drink a bottle of water , I learned that this is an easy thing you can change in your daily life to be more healthy. If I could go back in time and start this project over again I would set a more specific goal on how much water to drink each day so it is easier to track and see progress. </strong></div>]]></description>
