At the begining of the 10th grade, i felt unsure of myself and overwhelmed by the exams ahed.i worried lot about about harder classes like biology and geometry. now i feel a lot more confident. i got used to the workload and lerned how to manage my time better. i made new friends and grew alot this year.

I'm really proud of s project i did for ap Spanish. It was about the Spanish heritage. and i worked so hard on it. i did a lot of research and put a lot of effort into the final result. when I'm finished , I felt proud because it showed what I learned.

Write a brief review of a book or text you read this year that impacted you.

One book that realy stuk with me was lord of the flies. At first i thought it was just gonna be another boring book about survival that the school gave you.But it ended up being way deeper than i expected.it showed how people can change when there are no rules, and honestly i was kinda scared to thik about how fast things in the island can fall apart on the island. a quote is "Maybe there is a beast... maybe its only us."

A big challenge for me this year was studying for the Biology EOC. There was so much to remember, and at first, I felt really stressed and unprepared. I had a hard time keeping track of all the vocabulary and science concepts. To get better, I made flashcards, watched review videos, and took practice quizzes online. I studied a little bit every day so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. In the end, I felt more confident and did better than I expected. This showed me that I can handle hard things if I stay organized and keep trying.

A song that really inspired me this year was “Champion” by Kanye West. I listened to it when I felt stressed or tired, and it helped me keep going. The beat made me feel good, and the words gave me confidence. One line that stood out to me was:

“Did you realize that you were a champion in their eyes?”

It reminded me that even when things are hard, I’m still doing my best and that matters.

Reflect on your hopes for junior year and beyond

For junior year, I hope to stay focused and do even better in school. I want to keep improving my grades, learn more, and not give up when things get hard. I also want to grow as a person and take care of my mental health. In the future, I hope to go to college and have a job I enjoy. I know it won’t always be easy, but I’m ready to work for it.
