Adizes lederroller, kan vi se, at vi tilsammen har en eller flere stærke sider som næsten består af alle de fire ledelsesroller. Dog er det eneste vi mangler i en stærk grad er administrator-rollen, men da vi alle har middel i administratoren vil vi godt kunne arbejde effektivt. App'en skal være bygget op på en fiktiv figur, som via en video med lyd skal kunne virke som hjælpelærer for eleven. Ideen, er nytænkende på det plan af at dette er en udvikling af den som allerede eksistere. I stedet for de indlæringsapps som eleverne i indskolingen har, er dette virkelig et stepup.
