Overview: When you trust or mistrust basic needs that need to be met, an example I'm using today is affection.
- In my questionare I explained how it took me longer to trust my father when I was a newborn. In this picture we see a young toddler touching their dads face to understand/figure out who he is.

Resolved With: Both in a way, but overall I would say Trust

Overview: The initiative of feeling proud when completing a task successfully. But feeling guilty when unsuccessful, or when bounderie are overstepped.
- As a kid I enjoyed being able to throw my trash away without any adult help, and would dislike it if they did try to help me. When I would make a mess with my garbage on the way to the trash can I would feel guilty because I just made a bigger mess.

Resolved With: Guilt

Overview: Developing self-confidence in abilities when competent or sense a feeling of inferiority when not.
- As a little girl, around the age of 7 I started wanting to pick out my own clothes and outfits to wear to school. According to my parents I would try my best to have my outfit match, most of the time. When I would try my outfits on I would feel proud and confident, then would walk around like I'm in a fashion show before going to school.

Resolved With: Industry

Overview: This stage is where teens start to experiment with their identity, and more than likely get confused while doing so.
- As a junior I would question myself of what's my purpose in life, because at the time I had no idea of what to do, besides be a teen and have fun (responsibly of coure).

Resolved With: Confusion

Overview: Either establishing healthy relationships with others, or when failed to do so you feel isolated and disencouraged.
- Currently I'm still dealing with an issue of not wanting to trust or meet others. Instead I would much rather stay to myself due to past friendships not working out. To deal with this, when it comes to new people coming into my life I judge them pretty easily, and have my hopes low for them to be a decent person.

Resolved With: Isolation

I have no issue doing this due to me loving my job and its community most days, I always try to be an understanding person with my bosses. I've learned the hard work has really paid off, I feel very appreciated when I do this for my job.

Resolved With: Generativity
