Enjoy a film together and discuss it afterwards. How would you rate this movie? Do you know the names of the actors/director? What year was it made? What did you like best about it? What was the theme of the movie? Keep a list of all the films you watched together to share with others.

Take a trip down memory lane!
Look at photographs and talk about shared memories. Are there any stories attached to the really old photographs that you hadn't heard before? 

Explore the natural world
Take a walk around your garden or a local, quiet green area/beach. Try to identify as many plants as you can. How can you learn more? Make a bug hotel to entice six-legged lodgers and plant some flowers for the bees. 

Make a gratitude jar
Write down something you are grateful for every day and post it in your jar. When you are feeling down, reading back over your thoughts may cheer you up. 

Stargaze!
Take a look at the night sky. Can you see any constellations? Perhaps a space station may be passing. Apps such as Skymap help you to locate the stars above. Keep looking up!

Explore your own interests
Do you enjoy learning about space, animals, sewing, music... cake? There are lots of useful websites for information such as NASA and  Dublin Zoo have a live webcam. This may be the perfect time to teach yourself a new skill.

Most importantly, be kind to yourself and others. Everyone will have moments of feeling unsure and overwhelmed, this is natural. Eating healthily, exercising and trying to maintain a regular sleep cycle will help you to feel well. Remember relaxation time is important too! Turn any red thoughts to green and talk about your worries. Let's stay positive, follow safe hygiene advice and look forward to seeing each other again soon.
