1. Inspirational because it teaches people to judge others by their actions rather than the way they look.
2. My favourite part was the Julian chapter because it helps us to understand why Julian is acting like he does in the book. This chapter teaches us to be more understanding of the actions of others and to have greater empathy for their situations.
3. I'll let you think of these but the main one was kindness.
4. Summer because she accepted August right from the beginning. She always set such a wonderful example to the other students and also because she was strong particularly because she didn't give in to peer group pressure.
5. I learnt that if people make an effort to be kinder to others not only will the world be a better place but we will experience better relationships with others as well.
6. This book reminded me about when I was at school. The teachers definitely weren't as aware about bullying as they are today. I was reminded of some of the cruel things that used to happen back then. It also reminded me about times when I was 'caught in the crowd' when I was younger. It never ended very well for me.
7. A book we used to read in Year 6 called The Power of One had similar themes. The main theme in this book was 'small can defeat big' and this reminded me of the challenges that Auggie faced. In many ways they were similar to that of Peekays in POW. Both showed enormous strength and courage.
8. I give this book 10/10 as it is one of my favourite books to read to students. I love the way it has an engaging story tinged with action, drama and humor as well as such fantastic themes as kindness, strength of character, acceptance and understanding.

1. Beautiful, I chose this word because of how each character had a purpose and a meaning to August that effected the base of the story.
2. My favourite part was Mirandas Halloween party when summer had to choose between pier group pressure and this part really made Summer stand out as one of the more important peices of the puzzle.
3.overcomng disability, doing the impossible, being kind, respecting who's right, bullying, judging people by the way they look are all the themes that I found in the book.
4.Julian, He was a strange and mysterious character and was the main reason of the bullying to August but suddenly disappeared at the end of the book and he also wasn't there at the award ceremony 🤔🤔🤔.
5.I learned that you should never judge a person by not only their face but also other disabilities or deformed people and respect them for who they are.
6. Nothing I've had a pretty good life compared to August the only thing is that last year I was called names but that ended fast.
7.There's no comparison to Wonder as it is very unique and no books that I've read is as deep and as detailed as this, I rate 7/10 still could have had improvements.

1. Courage because august was courageous in tricky situations such as when he lost his. Hearing aid.
2. My favourite part in wonder was when August and Jack were getting bullied and Miles, Henry and Amos stood up for them and then August and Jack made friends with Miles, Henry and Amos.
3. I think that the main themes that were presented were Bullying, judging someone by their looks and kindness.
4. My favourite character was August because he stood up strong even when things are not going his way.
5. I learnt that not everyone will respect you for who you are that is just how life works.
6. This reminded me of when I had my first day of kinder I was nervous and I didn't want to go.
7. This reminded me of the Elephant Man because their faces were both deformed.
I rate the book a 10/10 because it was very entertaining.

1. Interesting, because the story went through lots of up's and downs and you just want read more and what happens to Augus
2. My favourite part in wonder is when August went to camp because he was very brave and the kids that did not like him at first stood up for him and August was growing up.
3. Bullying, friendship, kindness and bravery
4. My favourite character in the book was August Pullman because he was very brave to go into a new school and towards the end he started to grow up and stopped his parents treating him like a baby.
5. I learnt that you should not treat someone poorly just because of how they look and to try and be more kind.
6. This relates to me because I fight with my sister a lot and I think I should stop.
7. This book relates to the start of Percy Jackson where when he first joined the camp he did not fit in and no one knew why he was able to come into the camp
8. Overall I would give this book 10/10, it is definitely one of my favourite books.

1. Happy and Sad because at the very start people were staying away from him and Julian kept calling him a freak, and in the end when Auggie reserved the medal at the end it made me feel so happy at the same time, and everyone were all so different to Auggie.
2. My favourite part in the book was when Auggie got the award and when they they where walking home and Auggies mum said you are a wonder Auggie, you are a wonder. And when Miranda made Via play in the play and Miranda was dragged out of the crowd.
3. I think the reason why it was a wonder was because we didn't know what Auggies face looks like and when they were walking home with what his mum said to him.
4. My favourite character in the book is Auggie because he was just living a normal life, then he the altimate sacrifice, going to school. He didnt want to go but after a few weeks he really enjoyed it.
5. I learnt that you cant fit in when your born to stand out.
6. This relates to my playing soccer but i am awful at it and people kept teasing me about playing it and they keep saying give up.
7. There is one book. DIARY OF A WIMPY KID. I chose this book because there is a wimp that tries to do things write but everything ends in desarster. I relate this to wonder because Auggie wants to try and fit in, same with Greg in DIARY OF A WIMPY KID.
I rate WONDER 10/10

My favourite part part in wonder was when August got the award by being normal and he would not ever do something silly.
3. The themes in wonder I liked was when August got the award from being normal. I also liked when everyone would not play with August and the only person that would play with August was Summer.
4. My favourite character was summer because she would always be nice to August and she would never leave August getting bullied by Julian.
5. The things I learnt from Wonder was to not be cough in the crowed. The other thing I leant from Wonder was to treat everyone normally.
6. I don't have any connections
7. I have not read any books that are similar
8. I give Wonder a 7/10 because the only thing I did not like was that August would get bullied.

1. My word is bravery because of how August was brave enough to go to school and go out of the house with out augusts space ship helmet.
2.my favourite part is the Miranda part because it tells us how she blocks out via and we find out what happens in her life and you get to see what strange things she has done.
3.I think the main two themes in wonder was bullying because of how they treated august when he first came to there school and kindness because later on in the year everyone excepts august for who he is.
4. My favourite character is jack because it was hard to tell if he was on augusts side or not and it made me really want to read more.
5. I learnt that if you be kind to someone they will be kind back and treat someone how you want to be treated.
6. The connections I have with my life is my friends at home were a bit mean to me because they didn't think I was cool but then they realised what they were doing, so they stopped and now they're kind to me.
7. I think a similar book is middle school how I survived bullies brocili and snake hill the main theme in that was bullying.
I rate this book 10/10 it was really good and good messages in the story this book could change some peoples lives

1: The word kindness because the whole book was really about kindness because some people were mean and kind. For example Summer was nice but Julian wasn't.

2: My favourite part in the book was the Summer part because she had plenty of opportunities to be in the cool group which is the most popular group of people in the school but she refused to be in it.

3: The themes that I think is in the book are bullying because Julian and other people. Also friendship since Summer and Jack and other people that were. The last word I think is a theme is bravery because August had a lot of downs but he still kept going to school.

4: My favourite character is Summer because she is very nice to August even though everyone told her not to. She is also a very strong person when she was told to join the cool group she didn't.

5: I learnt that even though you are different you can still be a normal person just like August was at the end of the book.

6: The connections I would make is when I was in the shopping centre because there wasa person that was different so every one looked at him.

7: I would relate this book to the book Diary of a Wimpy kid since he getting bullied.
I would rate this book 10/10 because it is my favourite book because it is very interesting.

My favourite part of wonder was when Amos, Miles and Henry were defending August from that Edddie guy because it shows people can change their attitude.
3. Challenging, kindness, bulling, protective,
4. My favourite character was Amos because he did something very dangerous just to help August.
5. I've learnt to not judge a book by it's cover or in this case, a boy by his face. That boy could be the nicest person in the world.
6. This reminded me of the time that I saw a boy getting teased and bullied because of his culture and his race.
7. This reminds me of when I saw a movie and there was this boy who got bullied because of how he looked at the world, he thought the world was going to be ok in the end and all the other boys told him the world wasn't cupcakes and rainbows and every day, he got beat up but one day he changed how all the boys saw him and he became famous

Friendship, tolerant, patience, kindness, forgiveness, sympathy, compassion, empathy.

4. Jack Will because when August is down Jack is always there for him and Jack was really sorry when he said bad things about August.

5. I learnt to not bully people because it always backfires and everyone will end up liking you.

6. My favourite character is Aggie because he tries everything and he never gives up

5. From wonder i learnt that even though someone is a pain in the backside they can still be nice on the inside.

6.

1. Bravery because of August when he never gave up especially with going to school and and and Jack and Summer would do anything for Auggie. 2. My favourite part so far was when Jack punched Julian in the face because Jack was so sick of Julian being mean to him and August. 3. Friendship, kindness, bullying and bravery. 4. Jack is my favourite character because he feels guilty whenever he does something bad to a friend and he also has a lot of friends but not because he's forcing them but because he's really nice to everyone even Auggie. 5. I learnt not to judge people from the way they look but from the way they act and also to have lots of courage and to always be braves no matter what. 6. Once one of my loft friends were really mean to me no matter what I did they would insult me but once I moved away I've never seen them ever again. 7. Middle school because it's themes are bullies and Rafe from Middle School and he also has to survive bullies just like August. 8. My rating for the book is 9.5 because it's really good and it sometimes sounds like a cliff hanger every time we stop reading

1. Inspiring because the message of the book is if you have a mental ability follow your dreams or if your like augest and have something wrong with your face.
2. My favourite parts are when August gets the medal. Because he has gone through lots of tuff stuff like getting bullied. And he deserves something nice. Also liked when the seventh graders were bullying August then Amos went and got into a fight the reason
I like this part is because Amos normally doesn't hang August. And he stuck up for him when he was getting bullied.
3. The themes are bullying, kindness, hope, never giving up, trying new stuff out, follow your dreams, don't Jude people by how they look Jude them by there personality, always expect who you are.
4. Summer was my favourite because she was Augusts friend without Mr. Tushmen asking her to be his friend but unlike Jack and Sharlot
5.I learnt that Except other people and always make people welcome and cheer them up when they feel sad
6 I have watched a similar movie called house arrest because They always made fun of him.
7. I give this book 10/10.

1.inspiring and kindness because the book focuses on bullying and how people will like you for just the way you are.
2. Summers chapter and auggies chapter because summers is about how she is really nice to auggie and auggie because of how he was nice to everyone and how everyone was happy (but I like it when Amos charged into Eddie)
3. The theme could be sadness and happiness sadness because of the bullying from Julian and happiness for how he made kind friends like jack and summer.
4. Summer and Amos summer because she was nice to auggie and everyone else. Amos because he stuck up for auggie when and PUSHED Eddie to the ground and saved auggie and he's friends.
5. I learned about how to stick up to friends and to NEVER EVER judge anybody by the way they look.
6.

1. I think the one word was courage because I think Auggie showed a lot of courage through all the things he went through.
2. My favourite part of Wonder is when Jack, Amos, Miles and Henry all stand up for Auggie against Eddie because I think it shows real friendship.
3. I think some of the themes in Wonder are: kindness, bullying and Good vs Evil.
4. My favourite character was Jack because I think he was really nice and even though he had barely even met him he was friends with him. I think he showed really good friendship.
5. I learnt that you should always be kind to someone no matter what their personality is what they look like.
6. This reminds me of when I was in kinder a boy called Noah bullied me about my hair. I think this is a connection to the book because Julian bullied August about his face.
7. I have not read any books similar to this. It is a very unique book but I liked it a lot.
8. I think this book is a 9.5/10 because I thought is was funny, exciting and a little but sad as well.

1. Brave: Because it teaches people that if you are brave good things may come. I also chose the word brave because of how brave August was to go to school.
2. My favourite part in the book was when Amos, Miles, Henry and Jack stood up for August when the 7th grader was picking on him.
3. Some of the themes in the book were: Bullying, Facing up to chanllenges, friendship, kindness and protecting.
4. My Favourite character in the book was August because he was so brave to go to school and how he coped with the bullys and staring.
5. This book has taught me to have sympathy to more people because a lot of people are doing it worse than I am.
6. In footy I got teased about being short.
7. I haven't finished any similar books to this but I am reading one at the moment called The Power of One. It is similar because it is about a boy that is English and gets sent to an all Dutch school and gets bullied for being English and a boy called the Judge wee's on him and makes him eat poo. I rate this book 10/10 because it always kept me intrigued and I never got bored.

1. Loving is the word I chose because August had a lot of loving friends
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. My faverout part in wonder is when Eddie is fighting August and then Amos comes in and rams Eddie into a tree
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. The themes I think were in wonder were friendship, bullying, standing up. I chose those words because everyword I chose was about the main part in the story
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. My faverout character is Jack because I
like how he would stand up for August anytime and anywhere, Like when he punched Julian because he was being mean to August.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
5. When I read this book I learnt that people who may not look the best but it doesn't mean they will act weird.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. I can connect this book to when I was young and I saw a girl that looked weird but not to bad and she was walking to the library. She was walking fine but I got scared because I was about 8. I didn't give a face emotion because I knew it was mean.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
7. I've read a book like this and it's call Auggie and me.

1. Brave because everybody stood up for each other. Like Amos pushing the bully away.
2. My favourite part was when Amos, Miles and Henry helped August. This was because August was getting bullied by a kid named Eddie. Amos pushes Eddie and Miles and Henry helped August.
3. The themes what I think are there are, bullying because of Julian, kindness when Summer made friends with August and bravery, when August went to school.
4. My favourite character is August because he is braves and he even won an award.
5. I think this teaches that it doesn't matter how a person looks just be nice.
6. With the elephant man when he was in mum's tummy she got squashed and the man was deformed.
7. I have not really read any books with similar themes since I read adventure books. I would give this book a 10/10. I would highly recommend this book for kids.

My favourite part was when everyone appreciated August for who he is and getting best student award
3. The themes are no bullying go up to that person and see what he or her is like
4. My favourite character was August because he stood up to himself and won that award for just being who he is
5. I learnt that if you be mean to someone more people are against you
6.

1. The one word I decide to give this book is respect because Julian and a lot of the other kids didn't give the respect to August that he deserves.
2. My favourite part in Wonder was when August got the Beecher award. This was my favourite part because this is when Augustus finally got the respect he deserves.
3. The two main themes for me were kindness and bravery. The first theme was because how the book told you to be kind like Summer without actually telling you. I chose bravery because august was the most brave kid ever and didn't let anything in his way.
4. My favourite character was Summer, because like Mr. Schulz said she through her self in the deep end straight away and never ever betrayed August.
5. The main thing I learnt from Wonder is to be kind to everyone no matter what they look like. Treat people by there actions not the way they look.
6. The connections I could make with Wonder were: once in kinder I was being bullied for having big ears and I felt hopeless and small because there were kids that were bigger then me.
7. I have read no similar books.
8. I would give this book a 9.90 because sometimes the book felt like it just dragged on for the sake of it
