I got all your letters, I miss you dearly. I can barley find a place to write with battles everyday. These cold days are killing. i barley eat they give the whites food first and let them feast. You worry me mom. You gotta be strong for me. We fighting for a cause. But it ain't all good. We fighting next to each other but still i'm less. Calling a negro or a number like i'm not a person. They say "slaves aren't people , and property don't got rights" well i'm tired of this and I think i'm fighting for the wrong side.
