         <description><![CDATA[<div>Greased wrestling is the <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Turkey">Turkish</a> <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/National_sport">national sport</a>. It is so called because the <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Wrestler">wrestlers</a> douse themselves with <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Olive_oil">olive oil</a>. The term "Güreş" is shared with other forms of wrestling practiced by <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Turkic_peoples">Turkic-speakers</a> across Europe and Central Asia, such as the <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Uzbekistan">Uzbek</a> <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Kurash">kurash</a>, <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Tuvans">Tuvan</a> <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Khuresh">khuresh</a> and <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Tatar">Tatar</a> <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/K%C3%B6r%C3%A4%C5%9F">köräş</a>. The wrestlers, known as pehlivan (meaning "hero" or "champion"), wear a type of hand-stitched <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Leather">leather</a> <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Trousers">trousers</a> called a <em>kisbet</em> (sometimes <em>kispet</em>), which is traditionally made of <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Domestic_buffalo">water buffalo</a> hide, and most recently has been made of <a href="http://en.wikibedia.ru/wiki/Calfskin">calfskin</a>. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Turkish coffee, or Türk kahvesi, as it is called in Turkish,  is a classic timeless method of preparing unfiltered coffee. Coffee is roasted and then finely ground coffee is are boiled in a pot called a cezve. Usually flavoured with sugar  and served in a cup where the grounds are allowed to settle, Turkish coffee is found all over the world, but particularly in the Middle East, North Africa, the Caucasus, the Balkans, Bali, and Eastern Europe. Indeed, Turkish Coffee was awarded as an official Cultural Heritage of Turkey confirmed by UNESCO.</div>]]></description>
