Thank you for being so open about the needs of your students and just stating a problem that we often ignore in favor of "high standards" and grade level teaching. Meeting students where they are is so critical to their success not just in school, but also their identities as learners and mathematicians.

I appreciate the 4-8th grade team for being so ready to put in work and share resources. I am grateful our students are being able to be in the classroom of teachers that really do care about social justice issues and are willing to take action.

I want to thank my group for their vulnerability in sharing their identity with us! Also, thank you for the contributions throughout our conversations. Hearing everyone's ideas/ feedback was insightful and has left me feeling less overwhelmed and very excited in how to intentionally integrate this work into my everyday teaching this year and future years to come!

This whole cohort has been so amazing at supporting one another and calling each other in, sharing what we know and think and are wondering. Thank you!! I'm also so grateful to Angela and Carly and Marco and Liz for all of their work to think and deliberate and wonder and plan for today! I know this model of learning can feel ambiguous and messy and uncomfortable at times-- thank you all for taking this journey together.

Kayoko I appreciate you so much for bringing us back to the real focus! I also appreciate your vulnerability in your sharing today. Nancy I also appreciate your vulnerability and honesty in sharing how the texts were making you feel. Thank you all 2/3 group I am excited for our plans! And thank you to the entire cohort for being so open, honest, vulnerable, and calling people in to the the work. Finally thank you Deborah, Liz, Angela and Marco, you all are incredible and I have learned so so so so much from you, I appreciate your humor, thoughtfulness and dedication.

Gracias 4/5 + team for collaborating on a theme map for the first 6 weeks. I am a such a scope and sequence type of educator so this met my needs as a teacher.

Thank you for expanding my consciousness on how we can humanize math for our little ones!

I had the privilege of working with the K/1 group. I am so amazed how everyone came together do work on this shared task - even though everyone teaches in different contexts, schools and in different languages. I am so excited to see what everyone comes up with in October. YOU ARE AMAZING!

I enjoyed the collaboration of my team sharing ideas freely. Even though I am still unsure of what exactly look like as far as my daily teaching schedule look like, I am excited to think more about and plan upcoming lessons.
