From your role as a lab manager, I am grateful for your thoughts and efforts to organize and streamline the lab. This has ranged from our use of time to space and reagents. I particularly appreciate that many of these efforts may have felt like a grind at your end, but have significantly improved the quality of our work experience and productivity. I am also comforted by your keen attention to lab safety and regular ordering of items. I am excited for a clutter free Quartzy as well. Finally, I think you are a key thread in the fabric of our lab, constantly promoting camaraderie and wellbeing.

I have actually bragged to some of my science friends as to how great of a lab manager you are. I cannot over emphasize how your attention to detail and organizational skills makes all of our lives easier and more productive. I always know that if I ever need help finding a product (literally you found the best oven and stir plates with mostly unhelpful descriptions of what was needed) or troubleshooting a piece of equipment (hello anaerobic chamber), that I can always turn to you for help. But most importantly, you are also an incredibly kind, talented, and generous person. We are also so fortunate to work with you.
