My little students..... poeyclaudia https://padlet.com/poeyclaudia/s3383pa1qxds/wish/269323226 It is a group of twenty three  very young chidren  about three years old, they are nine girls and fourteen boys. Some of them are shy children, others are very predisposed, without difficulty to act or intervene, obviously at first they were all silent because they saw me as a strange person, although some already knew me and the teacher had already told them that I was going to go.
I noticed that everyone has habits in the classroom, they know when they should sit down, for example when they are going to tell a story or in order they go to the bathroom to wash their hands, always in order and harmony. The teacher has very good management of the group.
The teacher also told me that they love listening to stories, singing or watching videos and they like painting, working with their hands. All this helped me to get the best out of me when planning classes.
Although I am already a primary teacher, I have never worked with kindergarten students, so for me it is a great experience.

When I got to the Kindergarten children were enjoying they were doing PE , a short free time with games for them. When they finished they came to the classroom and the met me. Today it was a rainy day therefore there were thirteen children. Some of them knew me then quiclky ran to kiss me. When they felt calm we started the class, they listened a welcome music , they made a circle on the floor and heard me , they were surprised because I introduced them a Peppa Pig´s puppet to began the class. At first everybody was shy but after some minutes some of them began to interact with me and with Peppa Pig saying Hello, Peppa and her or his name because Peppa asked them "wHAT´S YOUR NAME".
Then they sat on their chairs and paint a pictures with the word "HELLO" and paste colours papers on their names.
To finish we made a circle and we sing the song Goodbye , it is time to go"

CDI , Centro de Desarrollo Infantil " El Tren de las Sorpresas ". It is a beautiful place where parents can leave their children from one year old to three or four years old. Their own teachen told me that some of them were surprised and enjoyed the class before then then wanted to come early to the class. I felt that my first class had been good for them.
In this second class the day was sunny then there were twenty childen. They were waiting for me into the class and they greeted and said me "Hello" with their happy faces when I came into the class. They enjoyed  the songs and they hoped Peppa Pig , the surprise was that Peppa Pig came with her firends , a lot of animals ´ puppets. Everybody looked the puppets in silent and calm. They love puppets. First Peppa Pig introduce the animals and their names, and they repeat them but after that they could interact with them, the animals said them Hello, What´s your name? and each of them said their name. At least they could choose the animals and drew them in a white sheet. When they finishe I asked them What is it ? What animals is it? and I tried that they could say me the name in English , then I wrote in the sheet what they said me. They are three years, here are some of their pictures.

Peppa Pig and her friends appeared again and they taught us the colours, some colours RED, BLUE, PINK, YELLOW and GREEN.
After I showed them rectangles in different colours and they will say what colours is it. The learnt quickly and enjoyed a lot. Then we played , I put on the floor a lot of papers in different colours and I said RED then they had to pick up a RED PAPER. They enjoyed it. We finished the class watching and listening a song about colors. We planned a class with animals and colors then they could work the two topics together. It was a interesting class because some of them remembered the colours and others could reconize the animals. I presented them a power point presentatin with animals in different colours and they could say the animal and the colour. I helped them when they didn´t know what colour or animal was . To finish they work with a puzzle of an animal and after they painted it with a colour that they could choose between the colours that they had learnt previously.

Although I am a primary school teacher, it was very difficult for me to adapt myself to such small children. Planning activities where the game prevails, orality, acting, drawings were the objectives that I set for myself when I met the group but always respecting their times and his desire to intervene in activities. This  latter is different from the primary school, although times and school trajectories are respected, the contents must be given taking into account the curriculum contents of the area. In this kINDERGARTEN the planning of activities is quieter ,  simpler and everybody  respect  the time and the desire of the children.
