<title>The Nenets do not live in one place. They travel along the Yamal peninsula . They face temperatures as low as -50 degrees Celsius (winter) and as high as 35 degrees Celsius (summer). Nenets tend to migrate 1000 km per year which includes 48 km of traveling over the frozen Ob River. </title>

<title>The Nenets are finding it difficult to continue following the ancient migration routes because of new industries that are being built. They claim that if their people can no longer migrate, their culture is likely to completely disappear from existence. In an attempt to fix this issue, the Nenets have asked companies to try and understand their point of view on the controversial situation at hand. </title>
