This Lutheran cathedral was originally built in 1195 and was rebuilt in 1842. It is located in Hamburg Germany. It was rebuilt in 1842 due to being burned down. During WW2 it was heavily damaged by bombings, causing the walls to crack, however, the structure maintained itself.

Some important Gothic architectural features that the structure has are high ornated towers. It also has large pointed arches and windows. On the inside, it features cross-rib vaulting and a Clerestory. The Church also has a crypt.

This is the Frankfurt Cathedral in Germany. It was built in 14th and 15th century. It was partially restored in 1990.

Some gothic characteristics are pointed arches which support the building better than rounded arches. There's a conical tower in view, which has been decorated with structural patterns. There are ornate spires. Also in view are clerestory windows, or high and clear windows to bring in more natural light.

Some inside characteristics, specifically in the nave, are cross-rib vaulting which, similar to pointed arches, create more support. (https://www.flickr.com/photos/franck-chilli/4873284546)

Reims Cathedral
There are many gothic elements in this church. It is found in France, northeast of Paris. It was built in the 1300s. It is a very large structure with ornate towers. There are arches in the windows and flying buttresses on the right side of the cathedral. There are very tall walls with a rose window in the center. There are 2 main bell towers in the back. It was intended to replace an earlier church destroyed by fire in 1210. This church is gothic as there are many ornate and detailed features.
