The combination of dark green and black in our products was chosen to evoke a sense of sophistication and durability. Dark green represents our relationship with nature, reminiscent of lush forests and growth. Paired with black, it connotes a sleek and powerful image. This color choice subtly refers to the cyclical nature of life just like a forest, where trees grow and eventually return to the ground, our business embraces growth and acknowledges the inevitable cycle, emphasizing durability and longevity.

Although I was a student, this was not my first experience in business, but after studying all the theories in business, it helped change my thinking about business. Business is not about producing products, finding customers, and then making sales deals. Business activity is a long process and requires continuous effort and attention. To ensure business remains relevant, as entrepreneurs, we need to be skilled in regulating financial activities and recording our business expenses. Besides, after-sales service to customers and digitization are also important factors in making businesses relevant.

This business started as the subject assignment for MPU 3222, Foundation of Entrepreneurship Incultiration. We started with some business ideas, but after a long discussion, we decided to use a lanyard as our business product. The hardest thing is to create a design and get a supplier for our products. However, after a series of discussions and the Shoppee platform, we managed to create our design lanyard and find our product supplier. Alhamdulillah,we  succeed in selling our products and making satisfactory profits.

Meanwhile, the entrepreneurial path demanded resilience and adaptability, teaching me to navigate uncertainty with strategic thinking. Through the challenges faced, I have learned to accept failure as a stepping stone to success, cultivating a mindset that values ​​innovation and iteration.

In addition, the entrepreneurial journey has facilitated the development of a strong work ethic and time management skills. Balancing various aspects of a project, from ideation to execution, has improved my ability to effectively prioritize tasks and optimize the use of resources.

We have also involved collaboration and communication has become second nature as I have worked with various teams and stakeholders. Entrepreneurship thrives on networking and building relationships, teaching me the importance of nurturing relationships for mutual growth.

In conclusion, my excellence in the field of entrepreneurship not only equipped me with practical business skills but also shaped my character. It is a journey that goes beyond profit margins, encourages personal evolution and a commitment to continuous learning. Starting up a lanyard business was not something we initially wanted but in the end it gave us a very fruitful outcome. Not only did it garner us a generous amount of income, but it also gave us the opportunity to create more opportunities by getting people to want to order more from us and create more intricate designs. Together, we have discovered potential in each other in our very own way by the skills that we offer to the table.

In summary, my success in entrepreneurship has moulded my character in addition to giving me useful business skills. This is a path that transcends financial gains and fosters human development and an unwavering dedication to lifelong study. When I reflect on my entrepreneurial pursuits, I see myself as more than simply a team member but a driving force behind innovation and change, adding to a vibrant and always changing company environment.

Our company provide an excellent item which is a lanyard that is suitable for working environment. We do not impose an additional fee for customize lanyard designs to the customers. We also provide a safe-keeping packaging for customers so that when the customers received the package, the item inside the package is not broken or damage in any way.

Our main target is family members and friends, social media user and students from university.

Our company establish our relationship with customers through social media. By this, we were able to give a 24/7 customer support to the buyer if they are buying our product. Through this, we could give maximum satisfaction to the customer that buy our product.

The customer can approach us through two methods, website and mobile applications. If the customer wishes to approach us using website, they can go to our Facebook and Instagram. As for mobile applications, they can look for us using Telegram and WhatsApp.

Our company focus on material marketing in which we can have a cheap price for a good quality material. We also make a deal with our product supplier to ensure that we get a good quality product for our sales and contact our delivery provider to ensure that our products is safely packaged and delivered to us. We use the information technology to track down the location of our products.

• Key Activities

We oversee the delivery and payment procedures during the sales of our products to ensure that every transaction and delivery is successfully completed. To promote our products, we use the help of social media to make sure that the news of our product was properly spread. At the same time, we are making sure that to produce our product, necessary anticipated costs and revenues are being controlled.

• Key Partners

During our sale, we partnered with Grazine Enterprise as our supplier for the lanyard making. As for the posting our supply, we collaborate with J&T Express to be our delivery partner.

• Cost Structure

Our cost structure was divided into a few items. Firstly, our cost is used to assets and inventories such as mobile phone and laptops in which we used to promote and gathering our order. Next, our company focus our cost on transportation to pick up order from our supplier.

• Revenue Stream

Our company obtains our incomes back through standard delivery fees. Besides that, we obtain income from cash on hand from the customer that buy our products. We also get incomes from the online payment made by our customers.
