In view of the above, it is requested to:

1. Kindly rectify the mistake of dismissal of appeal (No - CIT(A)-1, Nagpur/10427/2017-18) as the dismissal is based on non-existent facts & thus the mistake is apparent from records.

2. Kindly revive the appeal and issue notice for hearing.

Today, I met Mr Maurya Pratap, the Income Tax Commissioner for TDS, and briefed him about the entire case and our intention to apply for Section 264 relief. He responded positively and called DK Jain to his office, instructing him to put up the case. Maurya Pratap seemed confident that the case would be resolved favorably.

Additionally, I met Mr. Bisen, the Deputy Commissioner above DK Jain, and Mr. Bhagwatkar, the Income Tax Officer-2 for TDS. I briefed both of them about the case, and they assured me of their support in resolving the issue.
