In 2600 B.C we find the first recorded documentation of over 200 diseases and treatments. This was created by accent Egyptians allowing many medical advancements to come a lot later on. The reason why I believe this to be the most important is because it allowed for other people later to learn from it and to document what they had found.

In the year 1249 Roger Bacon thought of and created the eye spectacles. Spectacles, also know as glasses, were used to improve eye-sight while they were worn and are still used very often in present time. Spectacles allowed for the development of science because without them, people could not see in order to write and document advances. This is why I believe that this is such an important event in health care history.
